Norwegian songwriter and producer Magnus Bertelsen has made a name for himself co-writing with a range of successful artists including international DJ and super-producer Alan Walker. On Walker’s 2018 album ‘Different World’, Magnus co-created the tracks “Lily”, “Different World feat. CORSAK” and the global top 10 hit “Sing Me To Sleep”, which currently has over 300 million streams on Spotify alone. In 2020, Bertelsen worked with Walker again and released the moving single “Heading Home”, a long-standing fan favourite from his live shows and the final chapter in the ‘World of Walker’ trilogy.
Alongside his work with Alan Walker, Magnus’ impressive list of collaborators also consists of Italian super duo Benji & Fede, in which he penned several cuts on their 2016 FIMI number 1 album ‘0+’.
That same year, Norwegian pop sensations Marcus & Martinus released their album ‘Together’, co-written and produced by Magnus, which debuted at number 1 across both the Norwegian and Swedish charts. Magnus contributed to the popularity of the group and ensured their success as teenage pop icons.
Other creative ventures include securing cuts with Sval, Peder Elias, Innertier and Katastrofe.
