Katie Sutherland
Glasgow-born Katie began her career as the artist Pearl & The Puppets, signed to Universal Republic. During this time, she had great success touring with Elton John, Alphabeat, Sugababes and The Hoosiers and had many of her songs placed in advertising, TV and film campaigns for brands such as Vodafone, Orange, Google and Victoria’s Secret amongst others.
After taking some time out to start a family, Katie returned to what she loves most, creating infectious songs with unforgettable hooks. A versatile songwriter, she has contributed to projects spanning dance, rock, pop and singer-songwriter genres.
Her co-writing credits on The Hunna’s silver certified album ‘100’, including the single “Piece by Piece”, has led her to collaborate with the likes of Sigala, Sub Focus, Dan Smith (Bastille), DYLAN, Becky Hill and MEEK whilst securing releases with Jonas Blue, Sam Feldt and Izzy Bizu.
Katie is a gifted vocalist and multi-instrumentalist and continues to expand her impressive portfolio with upcoming cuts planned with Armin Van Buuren, Poppy Bascombe, MEEK, Roger Sanchez and Gabry Ponte.
