Alex Kassner

Alex Kassner has been responsible for business affairs at the Kassner Music group since 2009. His key achievements to date include leading deals to secure the representation of the music of highly acclaimed songwriters such as the Jungle Brothers, Leon Haywood, Tommy Boyce and Junior Giscombe and internationally famous copyrights such as “Love of the Common People”, “Crazy Crazy Nights”, “Got To Be Real”, “Stop” and “Lola’s Theme”. Before joining Kassner Music, Alex spent several years as a solicitor at UK city law firm CMS Cameron McKenna, with clients that included Amazon.com, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan.

A strong believer in the importance of an independent voice in the music publishing community, Alex is the Chairman of the MPA Pop Music Publishers Committee, has served as part of the MPA Public Affairs and Governance Committee and MPA Legal Issues and Anti-Piracy Group since 2016 and also joined the PRS Operational Working Group at the start of 2018.
