Vivien Goldman

Feminist Punk icon Vivien Goldman introduced her new book “Revenge of the She-Punks” at Rough Trade East on the 2nd July 2019, reading excerpts and discussing its topics in conversation with Zoe Howe.

She also performed her iconic tracks “Launderette”, “Private Armies Dub” and new song, “Russian Doll” which will feature on her upcoming album with music producer Youth. “Launderette” was initially released as a 7” single in the UK in 1981 and featured on several compilation albums whilst Goldman provided vocals for the New Age Steppers’ song “Private Armies Dub”.

Goldman contributed to the track “Sly” by Massive Attack and is listed in the writing credits.
