Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now” Reaches No. 2 on the UK Official Charts

Last week saw Norwegian singer-songwriter Caroline Ailin’s second collaboration with Dua Lipa hit the charts with a bang! The catchy melody and disco vibe of “Don’t Start Now” was written and produced by the same team as smash hit “New Rules”.

Signed to Arctic Rights Management/ BMG and represented by Kassner for the UK and Ireland, Ailin has experienced huge success with her songwriting, having penned hits for legendary artists around the globe.

Her most iconic song to date is the Dua Lipa triumph “New Rules” that went to number 1 in the UK and dominated the charts internationally. In the last two years, a steady stream of Ailin co-writes have been recorded by some of the world’s most high-profile pop stars, including the super catchy “365” by Zedd x Katy Perry which was released on Valentine’s Day and “Mama”, featuring Ellie Goulding from Clean Bandit’s second studio album, What Is Love.

“Don’t Start Now” is playful, it’s infectious and it’s off to a fantastic start having reached No.2 on the UK Official Charts and gathered substantial media attention for its music video, directed by Nabil, shown below:
